Product Details

Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

Have you ever wondered where that delicious scallop made it's home before being harvested and cooked? I too love scallops and wanted to convey where and how they live. Waving sea weeds, bubbles and murky water combine to make an interesting image.

Susan Sarabasha

Growing up in Brooklyn, I spent part of most summers on the beach but really fell in love with the natural world and animals when my parents started sending me to the 'wilds' of New Jersey for summer camp. The inspiration for my work still remains Nature’s mysteries and beauties. I completed my undergraduate education at Alfred University and Empire State College, majoring in Engineering and Art, and received an MFA in Illustration, from Syracuse University, specializing in natural science and technical illustration. Over the years, I have worked with a variety of materials, including hand painted silk art quilts, pastels and colored pencil drawings.
